Terms and Conditions
Gift basket orders will be taken by phone or fax, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. excluding holidays. We are closed on Sunday except during the month of December for the Holiday Season. You may an order on line 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be filled on Monday.
Please note, we make changes to our inventory based on seasons, product availability or the discovery of new and unique items. As a result, substitutions may be made in the gift basket you order. Rest assured, that any items we replace will be matched with products of equal or greater value and quality.
Beer, Wine and Spirits
As stated by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, we are allowed to include alcohol in our baskets and ship them within Alberta to recipients aged 18 or over.
If there is any special bottle selection or brand that you would like us to include in a basket, just let us know and we will be happy to get it for you. We will charge you the purchase price plus a pick-up fee of $5.
Return and refund policy
We make every effort to ensure that your gift arrives in perfect condition. However, if your gift arrives damaged, or if we make a mistake with your order or the product is defective, we will be happy to replace it. Please note, you must report damages or mistakes to us within three days of receipt of the gift.
If you are not satisfied with your gift, the recipient may return it, undamaged and in it’s original container. Full shipping charges plus a 20 per cent restocking fee will be applied. Refunds will only be given to the purchaser upon receipt of the package by Baskets in the Park.
We will not accept unauthorized returns.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a restocking fee of 20 per cent of the value of the order. If the order has already been sent out for delivery, no refund is permitted.
