Edmonton & Area Delivery
Local, same day delivery
is available to the following areas (please see fee schedule below):
Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, and Ardrossan.
Orders must be placed before 10 a.m.
We require 24 hours notice
for personal delivery to Leduc, Nisku, Devon, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain
and Beaumont. We also require 24 hours notice for fruit basket orders.
Note that requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be
placed but cannot be guaranteed. Recipients will be called before delivery
is attempted to ensure they will be home to receive your gift. If they
are not home when the courier arrives, we may attempt to leave it with
a neighbour. If this is not possible, the gift will come back to us.
We will then attempt to arrange another delivery time with the recipient.
Local deliveries are made Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday
9am – 4pm.
During busy holiday seasons, deliveries may be made later in the day
and possibly on Sunday. Also, during busy holiday times (especially at
Christmas) we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Canada-Wide Delivery
Please note that shipping costs
are estimated. We will work to package
the gift baskets in the most efficient means possible, thereby keeping
shipping costs as low as possible. Please note that shipping prices
may vary by up to 10 percent (more or less).
All orders will be shipped
within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt. Please
note that we may require more time for production during peak holiday
times -- Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s
Day, and especially during the Christmas season.
Higher volume orders
should be placed early to allow for stocking and extra assembly time.
All shipments will be made via Canada Post (Expedited) unless you request
otherwise.
When shipping Canada Post, if the recipient is not home when
the delivery is being made, the delivery person will leave a card advising
the recipient of the location of the nearest postal depot where the parcel
can be picked up. If the recipient does not pick up the parcel in the
allotted time, the parcel will be returned to Baskets in the Park.
Returned Shipments
Please ensure that the shipping
address you provide is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because
of an incorrect address, or because a recipient has not responded to
a delivery notice, we will contact you. We will reship the parcel, at
your request and at your expense. If you choose not to resend the parcel,
we will provide you with a credit for the gift, minus a 20 per cent restocking
fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery times are approximate
and are based on business days (Monday through Friday). Remote areas
may require extra delivery time.
